How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Luxembourg?
A move-out clean starts at €410 for a home up to 60 m², €583 for 100 m² and €799 for 150 m², VAT included. It is a fixed price for the whole home, agreed before we start.
Will I get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard landlords and agencies check at the handover, using the same checklist. Anything missed? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it for free.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your handover date. The end and start of each month are the busiest, so a week ahead is ideal — for urgent move-outs, message us and we will do our best.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
No. We bring all products and professional equipment (Kärcher, Dyson and more). You don’t need to provide anything.
Do your cleaners speak English?
Yes. Our whole team speaks English, from the first message to the cleaner at your door.
What is included in a move-out cleaning?

Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us the keys or a code and come back to a finished home. We agree access when you book.
Do you also clean before moving in?
Yes. Move-in cleaning is the same service, done before your furniture arrives, so you start in a home that is really clean.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully, through Foyer Assurances: professional liability up to €15,000,000 per incident, damage to client property up to €25,000 and employee theft protection up to €50,000.
